Ohio boy’s haircut suspends him from school

Nov. 17, 2009 11:48 a.m. HAMILTON, Ohio- A Cincinnati Bengals fan was suspended for his haircut. Dustin Reader got the Bengals’ team stripes and a “B” insignia cut into his hair to support the team through their season. When he went to school in the southwest Ohio city, officials put the eighth-grader into inschool suspension. The school claimed that its code of conduct prohibits extreme hairstyles.
