Man injured after being hit by a car

BURTRUM, Minn. -- A Melrose man is in serious condition after being hit by a car Sunday morning.
Dustin Bueckers, 24, was hit by a Chevy Lumina driven by Joseph Muellner, 26, at 2:41 a.m. while standing in the yard of a resident hosting a party.
Bueckers was rushed to the Melrose hospital, then airlifted to the Hennepin County Medical Center to be treated for head and foot injuries.
Muellner was pulling in to park in the yard when he struck Bueckers.
