Suicide bomber strikes in Pakistan

PESHWAR, Pakistan -- A suicide bomber killed at least 28 people in Pakistan Saturday. Interior Minister Aftab Khan Sherpao was near the incident but managed to escape unharmed.
An additional 40 people were injured in the blast, including government officials and security officers.
The explosion occurred at a political rally in the Northern Frontier Province.
Officials continue to sift through the rubble and expect the death toll to rise.
