SCSU's move-in day citations down

ST. CLOUD, Minn. - Move-in day at SCSU led to 363 citations being handed out to 311 students. Twenty-four of the 311 students were cited on-campus.
The percentage of SCSU students receiving tickets this year is about a half a percentage down from last year's numbers.
Included in the festivities was SCSU President Earl H. Potter, who was walking around the south side of St. Cloud introducing himself to party goers.
