ST. PAUL, Minn. -- A 24-year-old woman was the victim of an unusual assault after leaving work around 1 a.m. Sunday.
A man approached the woman, demanded her keys and cell phone, and then proceeded to remove the woman's shoes. The man then licked the woman's toes and left her otherwise unharmed.
Police arrested the man a few minutes after the assault took place about four blocks away.
