House party ends with 16 arrests

ST. CLOUD, Minn. -- At 1:23 a.m. Sunday morning on the south side of St. Cloud, 16 people were arrested when police broke up a loud party.
Officers attempted to contact the people who were occupying the 1006 16th Ave. S. house, but the residents and party go-ers locked themselves inside the house and shut off the lights.
Police then received a search warrant and identified and arrested four residents and 12 other people on miscellaneous offenses, ranging from failing to leave a loud party, underage consumption and a keg violation.
