ST. CLOUD, Minn. --During the winter months to come, local officials will be deciding which road and bridge projects are worth lobbying for to recieve federal money for 2009.
They will also be planning on the federal transportation bill for 2010.
They will decide if seeking money for a proposed beltway, which includes a road loop with four lanes to help funnel traffic into the outskirts of the city, should be proposed for funding.
