BELLE PLAIN, Minn. -- Two 17-year-old Shorewood girls died in a rollover car accident Friday night in Carver County.
Kelly J. Phillips passed away Saturday after being a backseat passenger in the vehicle.
The driver, Kylie K. Grayden, of Shorewood, was also killed in the accident.
