Metro Bus expects winning rider

ST. CLOUD, Minn. -- Metro Bus in St. Cloud will celebrate its 2 millionth rider of the year, a milestone that hasn't been reached since Harry Truman was in the White House.
Because of monthly ridership reports and statistical models, officials of Metro Bus were able to predict the mark would be passed today.
The bus rider to pass the milestone will receive a Coborn's grocery store shopping spree, a year's worth of free monthly bus passes and a free trip to Lutsen Mountain's resort on Lake Superior.
