ST. PAUL, Minn. -- Nobel Peace laureate Desmond Tutu is now being allowed to speak at the University of St. Thomas.
The speech was originally stopped by university president Rev. Dennis Dease because of previous statements Tutu made about Israel.
St. Thomas officials were consulted by local Jewish leaders who said Tutu made offensive remarks toward Jewish people in a 2002 speech.
