Man arrested twice in November

ST. CLOUD, Minn. -- St. Cloud police arrested Javier Ignacio Nevares, 41, of Sartell Monday.
While working as a treasurer for the Hispanic Cultural Association of Central Minnesota, a nonprofit organization, he was accused of taking money from the organization.
Police said about $11,000 went missing from the group's account.
He was also arrested Nov. 1 because he was suspected to be involved in embezzling insurance payments, according to the Minnesota Department of Commerce.
