St. Cloud police arrest two people for selling alcohol to minors
St. Cloud police arrested two people Friday for selling alcohol to underage persons.
Tywaun Larson Graham, 25, and Leigh Marie Vanwinkle, 20, were booked at the Stearns County Jail and released pending charges of selling alcohol to underage persons, selling alcohol without a license, underage consumption and noise violation.
Police also cited 15 people for underage consumption at the party at 1027 7th Avenue South.
Father, son killed in accident Friday
A 49-year-old man and his 12-year-old son were killed Friday when their sport-utility vehicle and a truck collided in Ramsey.
A 15-year-old boy, who was a passenger in the SUV, was in serious condition Saturday at Hennepin County Medical Center in Minneapolis.
The driver of the truck, Kerry L. Sherk of Bethel, was in stable condition Saturday at Mercy Hospital in Coon Rapids.
The vehicles collided when the SUV was believed to have pulled out in front of the truck, which was southbound on Hwy. 47. The identities of the victims have been withheld pending notification of their family.
