Open Letter to the Congress of the United States. STOP stealing MY money!
Having invested in Enron, following its Chapter 11 (Reorganization) announcement, I’ve seen my money being STOLEN by YOU!
Where in the Constitution do you get the Authority to interfere with Private/Publicly owned Business?
My (and Constitutionally proper) solution:
1) Stay out of Private/Publicly Owned Business.
2) Allow the Judiciary System to work its will; finding and punishing any and all wrongdoing.
3) Allow Enron’s Chapter 11, reorganization, to work.
The results will be that I and many others will, at some point in time, realize part or some of our investments.
