Randy Moss charged with careless driving; two misdemeanorsRandy Moss, the star receiver for the Minnesota Vikings, was charged Wednesday afternoon by the city of Minneapolis with two misdemeanors, careless driving and failure to obey a traffic officer.Moss was later released from Hennepin County jail, where he had been held after an automobile incident in downtown Minneapolis Tuesday evening.
