* Alcohol Awareness Week “The Wall” Students have an opportunity to express their conerns and feelings with regards to alcohol by writing on “The Wall.” Atwood Mall. Free.
* Alcohol Awareness Week “Car on the Mall” A car involved in an alcohol related crash will be on display on the Atwood Mall from Oct. 21- 24. Free.
* KVSC Monday Night Live “Signal to Trust” will perform live on KVSC 88.1-FM, UTVS Television channel 7 on Charter and channel 21 on Astound. 10-11 p.m. Free.
Tuesday
* Last Day to drop classes with a grade of “W” by 7:50 p.m.
* Devon Evans speaks for NORML Former drummer for Bob Marley and the Wailers will speak and present a drum workshop Tuesday for students on behalf of NORML. The lecture runs from 3-5 p.m. in the Miller Center Auditorium and the drum workshop will run from 7-9 p.m. in the Performing Arts Center Choral room 127. Those who would like to attend the drum workshop need to R.S.V.P. KC at [email protected]. Free.
Wednesday
* Women On Wednesday “The ‘Glass Ceiling’ and ‘Mommy Track’: What’s sex got to do with it?” Elaine Davis, human resources management professor in the Herberger College of Business at SCSU, will be discussing the barriers that many women face in their careers. 12-1 p.m., Atwood Memorial Center Theater. Free.
