Two teen boys killed in car rollover Two boys were killed Monday night after their car rolled. Zach Tracy and his best friend, Matt Franck, both 15, were killed in a one-car rollover about 3:20 p.m. Monday after they left Central High School in Norwood Young America with three classmates.
The other teenagers, all girls, were injured. Two of the three girls in the car, including driver Rebecca Riner, 17, were still hospitalized Tuesday night.
The two boys were not wearing seat belts and were ejected from the speeding car, said Carver County Chief Deputy Denny Owens. He said the girls got out of the car before deputies arrived and it wasn’t clear if they wore seat belts.
