Tuesday is Election Day.

With Election Day comes the valuable right to vote; with the right to vote comes no excuse not to do so.

Everyone should exercise that right. This country was founded on the principle of democracy, and countless U.S. servicemen and servicewomen have given their lives over the last 226 years to ensure that our freedom and way of life never changes � including the right to elect officials to represent our communities, cities, counties and states.

As students walk along the SCSU campus, thoughts of being in danger never really enter their mind.

The main thoughts going through students' heads are of issues dealing with classes or where they're going to get trashed that particular night. Little do students know that there is pure evil lurking just behind them.
