Shooting victim has minor injuries Police released the name of a 26-year-old St. Cloud man who was shot in his arm last Friday after a disagreement in the alley between two downtown bars.
Randall Lee Neely was released from St. Cloud Hospital on Wednesday. He was taken there Friday night after the shooting.
St. Cloud police officers and members of the Minnesota Gang Strike Force continue to investigate the shooting, which happened about 11:30 p.m. Friday in the alley between the Press Bar and Parlor and the Red Carpet Nightclub.
Neely told officers he'd been involved in a disagreement with a group of men, and one of the men shot him in the arm. No one has been arrested in connection with the shooting.
Two bodies recovered from lake The bodies of a 17-year-old woman and a 16-year-old male were recovered from Lake Minnetonka Wednesday.
The body of the male's female friend was found at 7:15 a.m. on the ice about 200 yards from the open water. Investigators believe that she was able to escape the car, but eventually died from the cold. Authorities found the male's body just shortly after 5 p.m.
Police believe that a car carrying the two Minnetonka High School juniors skidded into open water on the lake some time before midnight Tuesday.
Authorities have not released the names of either persons.
