Abortion is not a choice
Published:
Thursday, March 17, 2005
I understand that women should be able to decide what they want to do with their body, but the result of abortion ends a human life as we know it. This is murder. It is proven by scientists that life begins at conception. It is your choice to have sexual relationships, but realize that when you do this, you could create another life. A precious baby is formed inside of the woman's body and if you decide to have an abortion, the babies death is in your hands.
I do not agree with "pro-lifers" who end up killing or hurting abortion providers, but they are far and few between. You will always have a few people that will end up giving a bad name to the rest of the group. As a pro-lifer myself, I strongly believe life is important, no matter what.
As women, we have struggled in this country for the rights of men, but we must realize that men aren't able to carry human life within themselves. We, as women, should take pride in our natural ability to create life and carry human beings in our wombs. Please take the time and realize that abortion is the killing of innocent lives. Think about your life and what would have happened if your mother and father would have decided to kill you before you could stand up for yourself.
We are a country that prides itself on justice, yet where is the justice for babies who can't speak for themselves? People are punished in this country for killing other people, yet we still allow abortion to happen. Please realize it is your choice to do what you want with your life, yet it is your duty as a human being to understand the outcomes of the decisions you make.
