Pakistan night paints heritage
The members of the Pakistani Students Association (PSA) celebrated their heritage and painted their native country's color of emotions Saturday night in Atwood Ballroom during the 16th Annual Pakistani Night. Members of PSA spent the better part of three months planning and organizing Saturday's "Henna: The Color of Emotions" event, and it took no fewer than two-dozen people to successfully pull off the endeavor.

Between his Friday lunch session in Atwood Memorial Center and his appearance at Atwood After Dark Friday night, Paul Merklein, a professional caricature and paint artist, drew over 100 SCSU student faces. Merklein drew caricatures of SCSU students who had never had one done before, as well as some who had, and who wanted to show others how they looked in a caricature.

"Whatever I want," would be Beck's reply as turntables lower from the ceiling, girls in shimmering go-go dresses emerge from who knows where and Beck would groove all over the place and spit out a couple of rhymes.
